We love to design and install marketing systems for small businesses to help them increase their sales and profits- while making their lives simpler and easier. The systems are simple and effective, easy to use, and they save the business owner’s time and money.

We do this through the power of smart marketing. Smart marketing starts with sound strategy that is focused on your business goals such as increasing profits and maximizing ROI. It also automates the marketing process making it easy to reuse over and over again. But a great marketing system also allows you to monitor, measure, and change when necessary. We start the process with a marketing audit to see what is being done and what is working and what is not working. After that we meet with the business owner to discuss the business’ goals and to understand what outcomes are desired. Next we address whether the company has the capacity, resources, etc. to produce these outcomes or if added resources are needed. A marketing system is then designed, created, and integrate it into the business.  Training then follows for the owners/managers on how to correctly use the system and monitor results.
